Our conference rooms can be set out in various styles to suit your event – most conferences meetings are best suited to the traditional boardroom layout with delegates facing each other round a central table.
Other options include theatre-style with everyone facing a speaker, classroom style with everybody at an individual desk and cabaret-style with groups of delegates clustered around different tables. Whatever your conference needs we can accommodate you.
The seating plan choices may include:

- Circle of chairs no tables
Tea, coffee and water are included for all meeting room bookings.
Wireless internet access is available free of charge throughout the building. We can also provide a buffet-style lunch for your delegates – please book in advance for this service.
