HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR MEETING ROOM AT THE SPACE CENTRE

We have a selection of rooms available choosing the right one for your meeting or event is important. We have put together a short guide to help you get the room which suits your event best. All our rooms are on the ground floor, and benefit from lots of natural daylight.

If you want to see what our meeting rooms are like without making a visit in person, have a look at our photo gallery and floor plan.  The photo gallery has a selection of pictures of the rooms, and the interactive floor plan shows prices and suggested room capacities. Choose your room and the date you want and give us a ring or send an email, you can use the contact form on this web site.  There’s no need to fill in any complicated paperwork.

Our meeting rooms have furniture which can be laid out to suit your event, our staff can set out the room to your specific requirements and, should your requirements change, we will be happy to move the furniture to accommodate. 

The most popular option for the layout of the room is boardroom style which means your guests sit round a central table, which is great for general meetings, discussions and negotiations.  Other options for your meeting include a circle of chairs without tables, great for less formal events such as team discussions or where more floor space is needed. If you are having a presentation or using a projector a U-shape of tables may be best, so that eveyone can both look at the presentation and also engage with each other.
